General terms and conditions of gift tickets:

• The gift tickets can be used to pay at Apollo cinemas or on the Apollo cinema online shop!
• The gift ticket is not refundable, exchangeable or usable only partially.
• Gift Ticket Exchange:
  Gift tickets cannot be exchanged for other gift tickets, regardless of their value.
• Gift Ticket Extension:
  Gift tickets can be extended at Apollo cinemas (except Apollo Kino Kristiine) at the information desk for up to 30 days. The extension service fee is 2 € per ticket.
  A gift ticket can only be extended if it has expired no more than 7 days ago. 

  If a gift ticket used for the original purchase has expired by the day of ticket exchange, it can no longer be reused and the customer must pay the full price of a new ticket.

  As an exception, the gift ticket can be extended for 2 €, provided that it has not been expired for more than 7 days.

• If the cost of the purchase is higher than the value of the gift ticket, the difference should be paid for in cash or by card.
• If the cost of the purchase is lower than the value of the ticket, the remaining value is not reimbursed.
• Gift ticket validity is six months.
• When buying online, you will receive the Gift Ticket, Child Gift Ticket or ApolloStar Gift Ticket as a PDF file immediately after paying. You can print it out or send it to your friend via e-mail.
• A Gift Ticket, Child Gift Ticket or ApolloStar Gift Ticket can be exchanged for one ticket, child ticket or Star ticket during the term of validity online or at the Apollo Kino ticket desk shortly before the screening.
• Gift tickets are valid for both 3D and regular movies.
• If you are using the gift ticket to buy a ticket that is cheaper than the value of the gift ticket, the price difference will not be reimbursed. Gift tickets cannot be split into several parts to cover the cost of film tickets.
• If you wish to buy a ticket that is worth more than the gift ticket, you will need to cover the price difference.
• Each gift ticket and gift card has its own unique number and barcode. If copied, only the first person using the Gift Ticket, Child Gift Ticket or ApolloStar Gift Ticket can use it. Subsequent transactions are not possible. The cinema is not liable for investigating the circumstances of each event.
• Gift tickets are not valid at special events.
• Gift tickets can be paid for via invoice when ordering more than six gift tickets.
• Gift tickets are valid starting from the next day after purchase.
